Coherus BioSciences Announces

Unaudited Second Quarter 2019 UDENYCA® Net

Sales of $79 Million to $84 Million

REDWOOD CITY, Calif., July 8, 2019 – Coherus BioSciences, Inc. (“Coherus” or “the Company”, Nasdaq: CHRS), today announced that UDENYCA® preliminary unaudited net sales for the quarter that ended June 30, 2019 are expected to be in the range of $79.0 million to $84.0 million.

Coherus will not disclose topline gross sales, discounts, or gross-to-net data until these data are reported in its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2019.

As announced, Coherus will provide additional financial updates and business highlights on August 1, 2019 at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
